FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
London, England
Steely Eye Digital Media today announced the launch of the Steely Eye digital Multichannel platform, enabling mobile, tablet, Facebook, connected TV and apps channels to be driven from existing production workflows.
Steely Eye Multichannel platform is the next generation publishing tool. Instead of content owners separately managing publication across different digital media, the Steely Eye Multichannel platform centralizes all publication from one source. This optimizes user experiences for the different channels, speeding up loading time and increasing conversion rates.
Unlike competing offerings that stop at merely adding a mobile view to existing sites, the Steely Eye Multichannel platform makes your digital content future proof. By supporting an infinite variety of new channels from mobile and tablet sites, to Facebook and mobile apps, connected televisions we break away from needing to support previous systems. Our platform is also prepared for new and emerging platforms yet to come
Avoiding the use of “cookie cutter” templates, brands can retain their own identity and continue to innovate with HTML5 powered interactions and app-like experiences in the browser, with support from Steely Eye’s world class digital design team led by former BBC mobile guru, Jason Quinn.
Steely Eye Technology Director Tim Ocock said; “Screen-scraping or transcoding solutions that come with the overhead of stripping apart perfectly good websites only to reconstruct them for mobile, are made obsolete by Steely Eye’s next generation Multichannel platform. We work with our clients to properly separate content and presentation and our framework allows legacy sites to be made multichannel capable within days.”
Tony Grubb, CEO, Steely Eye said; “Today with the launch of our Multichannel platform, it’s truly possible for brands to offer a joined up experience to their visitors across all digital channels. It is no longer feasible to manage multiple different channels as separate offerings. As more and more new variations of what we consider the web require optimised user experiences, organisations throughout the world will need to adopt our Multichannel platform to
manage it all in one place.”
The Steely Eye Multichannel platform is already in use in sectors such as hospitality, health insurance, eCommerce and newspaper publishing and available now for integration with existing systems, or as a standalone CMS solution.
